For our 100th Anniversary, we are offering a limited supply of Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, aged over 3 years and packaged in wax. This limited addition 100th Anniversary Cheese was created for those who appreciate the high quality, distinguished taste of a naturally aged signature Tillamook White Cheddar Cheese.  

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes.

Handling and storage tips:

Cheese should be kept in its original package, covered tightly after opening, and placed in the coldest section of the refrigerator (under 40°F) to prevent drying out or becoming moldy.

Cheese is best served at room temperature. Cut off the amount needed about an hour before serving and return remainder to the refrigerator.
