Tillamook Tex-Mex Pizzas
Description: If you ever wondered what might happen if an Italian cook and Mexican cook collaborated in the kitchen, it might just be this tasty interpretation of the wildly popular pizza pie.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.         
         
Cook sausage in skillet over medium-high heat until browned, pressing wit back of spoon to crumble.  Drain and set aside.     

Place tortillas on baking sheet; bake until bottoms are crisp, about 5 to 8 minutes.  Remove from oven and increase oven temperature to 475 degrees F.  

Spread 2 tablespoons salsa on each tortilla and top each with 1/3 cup cheese. Layer with sausage, beans and olives; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Top pizzas with avocado and cilantro; cut into quarters to serve.

Ingredients:
4 ounces bulk sausage        
4 8-inch flour tortillas        
8 tablespoons salsa        
1 8-ounce package Tillamook® Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (2 cups)   
3/4 cup black beans        
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives        
1 large, ripe avocado, sliced        
1/2 cup cilantro
