Bright, buttery, balanced.
Nutty flavors of caramel and brown butter, with base notes of sweet custard and mascarpone in our 2014 Maker’s Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar. This vintage will surprise and delight, its earthy aromas of figs and olives giving way to a flaky texture and pleasantly acidic flavors of fresh berries and grapefruit balanced by hints of brioche.
