Despite the light, velvet-smooth appearance, the 2020 Maker’s Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar is anything but straightforward. Bright notes of green apple, grapefruit and cranberry tickle the nose, before yielding to flavors of coriander, asparagus, toasted almond.
