Mini Pear, Rosemary, and Cheddar Holiday Cheese Balls

These mini cheese balls are the perfect holiday appetizer! Made with Tillamook Sharp Cheddar, pears, and rosemary, they are sure to be a hit at your next gathering.

  1. In the bowl of a mixer, using a paddle attachment, gently stir the cream cheese until smooth. Turn the mixer off. Add in the cheese, dried pear, rosemary, mascarpone, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix again until just combined. Place in a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until firm.

  2. Using a 1 tbsp size scoop or spoon, scoop out a ball of the cheese mix, place in a bowl with the chopped hazelnuts, and roll it around to coat each side. Press the nuts in gently with your hands, if needed. Place the ball on a tray and continue with the remaining cheese until all are covered.
