Ingredients
2 shots pulled espresso
¼ cup toasted coconut shreds
1 tablespoon crunched peppermint candy or other candy sprinkles

In a wide-mouthed clear mug, scoop ice cream into the mug, and quickly pour an espresso shot over the vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with toasted coconut and candy and serve with a spoon.
TIP: If you don’t have access to an espresso machine, try out a Moka Pot to recreate cafe level espresso shots from the comfort of your kitchen. If you don’t feel like peppermint, we love swapping out that candy for Indian candied fennel for a more sophisticated crunch.
