National Cheddar Day! Let’s Party!
Last year we declared our birthday, February 13th, the official date for National Cheddar Day. To honor cheddar cheese for all its rich, nutty, creamy goodness.
And this year, we’re so excited to bring you even more ways to celebrate everyone ’s favorite cheese!
We ’ve partnered with Brad Leone, Bon Appétit ’s Test Kitchen Editor, and a few of our chef friends to indulge in our favorite holiday, the right way. Tune in here and watch how they turn a dish into a delicious Tillamook twist that’ll certainly upgrade your day.
8am EST: Watch Brad and Chef Bobby Dodd, from Little Red Fox in DC, get wrapped up in a Breakfast Burrito Enchilada oozing with our Farmstyle Sharp Cheddar Shreds.
11am EST: Join Howard and Anita Hsu of Sweet Auburn BBQ in Atlanta, as they show Brad what’s so special about their Sizzling Cheesy Brisket Fried Rice. Besides Tillamook Farmstyle Sharp Cheddar Shreds, of course.
4pm EST: Brad discovers a new way to do nachos thanks to Michael Scelfo of Longfellow Bar in Boston. Tune in to see just how you can whip up your own Tillamook Crab Rangoon Nachos, with Tillamook Sharp Cheddar and our brand-new Tillamook Aged Cheddar Farmstyle Cream Cheese Spread.

By the way, if you happen to be in Oregon on National Cheddar Day, stop by the Tillamook Creamery and celebrate with us, live and in person. We’re giving away 100 lb of cheddar, including our Sharp Chunk and Aged Cheddar Cream Cheese, between 10am and 5pm (while supplies last; limit one per person).
