What are the natural flavors in your ice cream?

We use natural flavors in some of our ice cream recipes to make sure that our fans have a consistent flavor experience with every Tillamook Ice Cream container they encounter. Using our Tillamook Oregon Dark Cherry Ice Cream as an example, Oregon dark cherries can change in flavor from season to season and orchard to orchard, so we use natural flavors to make the flavor profile consistent despite those variables.

Regarding what the flavors are made from, unfortunately we're unable to share the exact ingredients, because the recipe is proprietary (even to us!) since we work with an ingredient supplier who produces the flavors for us.
